It's out.
Will summarize parts of it as I finish reading through like I did last time.

So, first off, got confirmation that the Thunder Hero survived. She was apparently saved by the Cloud Hero.
Rou distributed a few of the Sacred Treasures he gained. He thought it would be a waste to just have them collecting dust in his item box or to immediately eat them when they could be used by others. He also explains that, although some of the Sacred Treasures' abilities are sealed when it's not the original owner using them, it's not impossible for a new owner to unseal their strength if they fulfill the right conditions.
All the 8 Generals get a Sacred Treasure for sure, except Aifu since she didn't really do anything.
Avenger doesn't want the Insect Champion's weapon because it belongs to the guy who destroyed his village and killed his lover.
Netsuki gets the Wolf Champion's sword Sacred Treasure as a trophy from the one who made him into a slave before.
Redhead was the one who killed the Loop Hero, so she gets his Sacred Treasure.
Akitainu managed to almost single-handedly defeat the Mask Hero, so he gets his mask Sacred Treasure. He lost his hand in the process of cutting off the guy's head, but Seiji could easily heal it (he did it before, after all).
Or took down the Bird Champion while firing her magic gun everywhere, so she gets the flute Sacred Treasure that lets her control birds and see through them temporarily. Rou surmises that it'll let her observe her targets from a distance and snipe them.
Lastly, Trojuu (the Troll from the hell weak training on Kichi's day) managed to take down the Bull Champion too (just like Or, he managed to kill him at random). So he gets the axe Sacred Treasure. As for other minor characters that were mentioned, Ramura (the Dragonewt beauty) was also name dropped as being one of the heavier drinkers in the celebration due to her race.
The Ground Tiger General and the White General from the Beast Kingdom and Devil Empire both ranked up into Sovereign class. Apparently, it's the ability of the Sovereign Psalm called Sovereign Succession. Kichi and Mi apparently made a promise to their respective opponents from the Crusade to make a visit to their successors. That seems to be the focus of the next update?
Rock Hero went gambling crazy and lost all his equipment except his weapon and a new mask he's wearing (that's all he lost, though, since he didn't bet any abilities). His party, on the other hand, is freaking rich.
Rou made the Meal Hero cook all the heroes he killed, including the clones. Rou expected him to be bothered by this, but apparently he's okay with it since he doesn't recognize them to be the same both on account of them being dead (and thus, not the same 'person') and because the clones are soooooo clean (their innards, especially) that he can't think of them as being the same people. He was a bit bothered when he got around to actually preparing the original bodies, but that's about it.
Rou tested out the two black spears in a training match against the Dragon Empress. They're NOT Sacred Treasures, but they're quite close. Rou describes them as magic items which, when the conditions are fulfilled, will completely turn into Sacred Treasures. This might explain why the Hunting and Meal Hero's Sacred Treasures don't have "Soul" in their names. I wonder if it's possible for the halberd to become a Sacred Treasure too one day?
Anyway, the passive abilities of the End Spear and Origin Spear are, respectively, to turn into black sand and blood the things they cut. The Dragon Empress' body turned into a goopy mess from the sand and blood mixing with each other. It apparently tastes even better than what he had eaten before, so he tries it out on himself and slices off his legs and tests it out. He said he tastes even better than the Sacred Treasures he's eaten. He decides to cut off a few more sets of legs and give some to Redhead to eat some time.
The black spears also have other abilities yet unrevealed.
Nicola is growing up now. Still can't walk by herself, but she's already shown that she's capable of understanding simple words. Rou was a bit worried that Nicola would be a bit distant to him since they haven't spent much time together personally, but she was actually pretty touchy with him, especially in his tattoos (which Rou relates to her Crest Maker job). He later goes out hunting with his kids (including Nicola, who he has piggybacking on his body with his string). Since no monster in the forest is a threat to them now, he mainly teaches them survival techniques like making traps and such. They hunt upgraded versions of the monsters Rou hunted during his goblin days. The horned rabbit? It has 2 horns now.
Oh, also, Rou learned the Book Champion's ability to create copies of heroes from his books. It's called 英勇の複製品. We currently have 英勇 translated as Legendary Hero on this site, but the kana gives the name for this ability as ブレイブヒーロー・レプリカ (Brave Hero Replica), so maybe we should switch to translating it as Brave Hero?
Rou also learned abilities from the other heroes (I assume; Existence Deterioration definitely comes from the Number Hero, so Fragment of Wisdom and Brave Hero's Lineage probably come from the Star Champion and Hunting Hero respectively).
That's it for the more salient topics. There's some issues going on in the Holy Kingdom (the dark side of the kingdom is making a move while the smaller countries are angry that the Savior and Saints lost, making the sacrifices of their heroes meaningless), Beast Kingdom, and the Devil Empire (not everyone is going to accept the previous Sovereigns' children as the new leaders), and Rou expects things to get a bit hectic in the future (since he actually helped to make it that way). Seems like Parabellum might get a lot more work.
Oh, also:
俺の血肉も定期的に食べているので出会った当初とは次元が違う強さを得ているとはいえ
Seems Redhead regularly eats Rou's blood and flesh.
Forgot to mention the dungeon seed.
He planted it at his mansion's garden in the great forest. It sucked out some of his divine power and "kinda" turned the forest into an open field type dungeon, however aside from being able to create a dungeon gate at his mansion, he can't really tinker around with the layout of the land or the monsters that appear in it. Apparently, he doesn't have enough power to do that kind of stuff. But yeah, I guess anyone who dies in the great forest now will grant him power. Plus, having the gate at his base will make it easier to travel around.
So, some thoughts. I'm thinking Trojuu could be that one troll from waaaaay back who Rou beat up when he was first drilling in to the new recruits from the Empire's slave group how strong he was?
I also wonder if he won't end up becoming one of the 18 Warlords? I mean, he's got a Sacred Treasure now. There are currently 15 spots taken right now, so if he becomes one, there would be 2 spots left.
Another thing I forgot to mention, but Rou has started allowing information of Parabellum to flow out of the forest. Apart from the elves, other races have started visiting the spa he has set up. He was only withholding information on their base until they finally got some proper defenses up.
So I guess, with this, if anyone wants to invade the base of the World Enemy to subdue him, they'll be able to provide him with some divine power by dying in his forest. Though, the only ones who are visiting right now are random tribes of Beastmen and other demihumans who live in the great forest (just from the more remote places, though).
Thank you a lot !
Weird, I don't remember this troll mentionned other than in the list Rou gave. So Rubellia is eating Rou's flesh just like Mi is sucking his blood ?
Trojuu was named in the tug of war event (the penalty game, anyway) against Kichi. Since the only other time a troll has ever been featured was back when Rou recruited some of the Empire's slave army members (and, later on, when Rou returned to the forest as an Apostle Lord and tested out his abilities on some of his subordinates), I assume that this is the same troll (since most other named characters have also been mentioned before rather than popping up suddenly).
Yeah, Redhead's been eating Rou like Kanami (Kanami has also bitten out chunks of his flesh too whenever she gets too excited, actually).
Another correction to my previous words: it seems the Rock Hero did NOT lose his arms while gambling. He may just have handicapped himself by going into the arena pretty much naked, but yeah; he lost a lot of money by playing slots, but he did not bet his equipment.
