ここには火力を自在に操作できるコンロ、食材を保存しておける冷蔵庫、肉用や魚用など各種包丁や鍋など、調理器具が充実している。
俺と飯勇パーティ以外には、誰もここには居ない。
別に隠す事でもないのだが、大森林の拠点に帰る前に、やっておかねばならない事がある。
そう、討ち取った大量の【英勇】達の死体を調理する事だ。
前【獣王】ライオネルと前【魔帝】ヒュルトンも調理する必要があるかもしれないが、まずは大量にあるコチラを処理する方がいいだろう。
と言う事で、今日一日は無心で捌き続けた。
飯勇達もかつて仲間だった者達の死体を捌くのは嫌そうだった、と言う事もなく、テキパキと流れるように調理していったのは印象的である。
少し気になったので聞いてみると、生きている時ならともかく、既に死んでいるのだから今更思う事は無い、という事らしい。
凄い割り切りである。
それに白主によって複製されたクローン【英勇】達は腸内に何も無く、非常に綺麗で、綺麗過ぎて、自分達が知る者達ではないのだと理解できてしまうから、とも言っていた。
本物を出すと流石にちょっとだけ思うところはあるようだったが、それでも問題なく調理は進む。
バリバリボリボリ、と摘み食いしつつ、驚異的な速度で調理された品々はアイテムボックスに詰め込んでいく。
今日はそんな下拵えの一日だった。
